These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShipFast website at https://shipfa.st ("Website") and the services provided by ShipFast. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

These terms of service ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the consulting, software services, and information provided by Marketing Ready Agency ("Company") through its website or consulting engagements ("Service"). You own the recommendations specific to your business but may not resell or distribute any services, materials, or resources obtained. Access to materials and resources is granted solely for the growth of your business.

3. Payment Information
Payments are required for purchasing our services. Subscriptions cannot be canceled once a subscription has commenced. A full refund is available within 7 days of the initial installment of the purchase, provided that some of the Service have not yet been delivered. 

When making payments for the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. The Company will collect and store your payment information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Company will take reasonable measures to protect your payment information, but cannot guarantee the security of such information.

In addition to the above clauses, other topics such as licensing agreements, shipping, payment, and others may be included in separate clauses depending on the nature of the Company's business. These additional clauses shall be governed by the laws applicable to their respective topics.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

9. Liability Limitations
